All items are carefully inspected before shipment. Due to screen color differences and measurement tolerances, slight variations may occur and do not constitute defects. We reserve the right to update product formulas or packaging without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

All displayed prices are final with no hidden fees. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you promptly to reach a fair resolution.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We offer worldwide tracked shipping. Standard international delivery takes 10–25 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Milo Store is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs inspections, or local carrier disruptions.

4. Customs & International Duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. We declare all products accurately in accordance with international regulations.

Please note: Chemical-based products (sprays, solvents, foam cleaners, degreasers, and automotive cleaners) may be subject to additional customs scrutiny in certain countries. We recommend verifying your local regulations before placing an order.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to fair and transparent after-sales support:

• Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof for a full refund, replacement, or compensation.
• Personal preference returns: The customer bears return shipping costs; items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Opened or used products — including cleaning sprays, personal care serums, and automotive care products — cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective upon arrival.
• Customized orders are non-refundable.
